Meet The Premier Climate Control Team
Eric, Owner
I started out in the HVAC field when I was just 15 years of age. After graduating from Green Ridge high school, I went to Linn State Technical College for the 2-year associate’s degree in HVAC.
When I completed college I went to work for a good, local company where I honed my skills and took every chance to increase the knowledge that was presented to me. After 11 years with that company, I realized that I wanted to own my own company.
In March of 2011, I started Premier Climate Control with my main goal being focused on customer service. I feel customer service sometimes gets lost as a company grows, but without this, we would not be in business.
I make it my personal goal to look at customer service every day and make sure that the work being done is what I would want to happen in my home. I have been fortunate to have awesome support from my wife and my family. I pride myself on our craftsmanship of work and the top-notch quality of the equipment that I put my name on.
Chuck
Cl is a lifelong resident of Pettis County. He enjoys motorcycle riding, cutting wood, and spending time with his family.
Jacob
Jacob has been a resident of Pettis County since 1997. He enjoys fishing, hunting mushrooms, and spending time with his family, mainly time with his son Carson.
Josh
Josh joins our team with a background in construction and maintenance. In his free time, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family.
Fabian
Fabian has been a resident of Pettis County for 6 years. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, being outside and spending time with his family.
Garrett
Garrett comes from a construction and maintenance background. He is married with 4 children. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and watching the Chiefs play.
John
John has 41 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. He has been a resident of Pettis County since 1975. He has been married for 32 years with 4 children and 6 grandchildren. He enjoys watching dirt track racing, golf and having a good time.
Ethan
Ethan has been a resident of Pettis County since 2019. He enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys hunting, fishing, trapping, and watching the Chiefs play.
Trey
Trey is a lifelong resident of Pettis County. He enjoys fishing, camping, riding UTV’s, and spending time with friends and family.
Steven
Steven has been a Service Tech since 2013. He has been married for 34 years with 7 children and 13 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle.
Dustyn
Dustyn is a resident of Pettis County. He has one child. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Melissa
Melissa is a mother of 3. She enjoys traveling, bingo and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Joni
Joni is a lifelong Pettis County Resident. In her free time, Joni likes to go to auctions, collects antiques, and spending time with her husband and son.
Colt
This is Colt, he is our door greeter, smile maker, snuggler, protector, guard dog, emotional support pup, and newest addition to our Staff. Colt likes to chase leaves and chew on any type of wood in his free time. Colt is head of security for Premier Climate Control.
Juan Carlos Aguado Vasquez
Carlos Aguado came into our Premier Climate Control family by sheer luck. We met with him and it was an instant feeling of familiarity. He was so humble, kind, cheerful and positive. He worked hard and ALWAYS had a smile on his handsome face. He was dedicated to his family, especially his mother who we are confident was his best friend. His love for all creatures (especially dogs), was extraordinary.
Whatever reason God chose to put him into our lives for this short time, we are grateful! We can’t imagine the pain his family is feeling, but we know his “Work Family” is suffering terribly.
The Lord needed you more than we did, Carlos. We will never forget you. You were a light and you will be missed greatly.
