Summary: Providing HVAC services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment; Ensuring customer satisfaction during and at final project completion.  Responsibilities Our HVAC Service Technicians successfully operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment necessary for residential and commercial customers. This will include maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing problems through the heating and air conditioning system and possessing the knowledge and experience with testing devices to check airflow, refrigerant pressure, electrical circuits, burners, and other components. All of our technicians must follow our safety policies and procedures. Meeting and exceeding customer care expectations is required.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate strong initiative, and the ability to work in both a team and individual environment while consistently adhering to guidelines and safety requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills are equally important to technical ability. • High School Diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License and in good standing required
